Hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for family reservations. Breakfast was good with variety to choose from. The staff were very friendly and dealing with them was pleasant.
The room was old which was obvious. I did not like the fact that all bathrooms had a sliding door which couldn't be locked. There was no extra bed available by the time of check-in since the hotel was fully booked but a mattress did the trick.

Th staff was very courteous. The hotel is located near a Uban station and a short walking distance from the English Garden. The small and free snacks offered to the hotel visitors are great.

The hotel was 1st class from the front door to the rooms. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were bigger than I expected. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of them. The spa was incredible and the indoor pool was a hit with my children, as they had a drink bar in the pool area. Very upscale hotel.
We got lost on our way to the hotel. It was late and we turned the wrong way from the metro and walked several blocks out of our way. It was 11:00 pm, the area was dark but we didn't have any problems. If you stay here...get off the metro and do a u turn to your left. Walk the courtyard between the buildings. You should be two blocks away. Enjoy!
